Two Awards for SP&A at LABC Awards North & East Yorkshire, June 2016

 

Shuttleworth Picknett & Associates came away from the event held at the Royal York Hotel on 8th June with two winning schemes.

We  were awarded  the commercial building category with the Barkers Furnishing store extension in Northallerton . The client for the project was Barkers and the project was constructed by Wharton Construction of Darlington.  The new store extension includes generous layout, a high quality feature stair and front elevation glazing with outward sloping planar glazed elements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The second winner was in the inclusive design category for Limestone View, Settle an extra care apartment development.  The building is managed by Housing & Care 21
