The partners

Ian W Picknett Dip Arch (Leeds) RIBA

Having joined the practice in 1972, Ian assumed the role of Senior Partner on the retirement of Ian Shuttleworth in 2002 with the responsibility of the day to day management of the practice.

Through his extensive experience in the development of retail, leisure and office projects, Ian is well qualified to assist and advise clients on all aspects of development.

 

David J Hodgson BSc Hons, BArch RIBA IMaPS

David joined the practice in 1987 as a newly qualified Architect, becoming an Associate in 1990 and Partner in June 2002. David has gained much experience on a wide range of projects including offices, supermarkets, industrial refurbishment, car showrooms, factories, retail / business parks and private housing.

David has responsibility for the office CAD system, is a qualified CDM Coordinator and is a past Chairman of the RIBA Teesside Branch.

Nigel D Peacock, BA Hons Dip Arch (Leic) RIBA MAPM

Nigel joined the practice in 1995 as a qualified architect after working with Edwin Trotter, gaining particular experience in social housing and ‘Lifetime Homes’.

Since joining the practice, Nigel has assumed responsibility for all housing related projects, along with Education and Leisure related works. Having gained much experience of handling projects from inception to completion, Nigel qualified as a project manager in 2001 and is currently responsible for the marketing of the practice.
